Announcements
Organization-wide announcements are the perfect place to send out newsletters, fundraising or event information, and reminders. Announcement options include scheduling and push notifications.
Links
From registration forms to schedules to documents on Google Drive, having a centralized location for important information ensures that it can be found quickly and easily by all.
Social Feed
Designed to stand apart from traditional social media, our social feed does not include comments or reactions in order to keep out negativity and comparisons, and to encourage face-to-face interactions. Use it celebrate! Showcase accomplishments, spotlights, event photos and more to bring a sense of camaraderie to your team.
Groups
Groups are the perfect place for different classes or teams to collaborate. Group advisors can post group-wide announcements, get RSVPs to a calendar event, facilitate smaller discussions with mini chats, and send direct messages.
Who is it for?
Churches
Perfect for gathering a congregation and allowing safe, supervised communication between youth and their leaders.
Clubs
Ideal for branches of national organizations such 4-H, JROTC, BSA or Girl Scouts, as well as smaller local clubs and club sports teams.
Instructional facilities
From community center classes to dance studios, every teacher needs a reliable way to communicate with their students.
Built on a foundation of safe communication with youth
Digital conversations between an adult and youth might be necessary for your organization, so keeping interactions safe and supervised are integral to our design. By not having members post to the group and by keeping group members’ information private, we avoid the safety concerns of other communication tools. Parents, adult leaders, and youth are able to converse and stay informed while avoiding using personal phone numbers to message. In addition, by allowing organization admins access to view group messages, we ensure that conversations taking place between youth and leaders are never hidden in the dark, helping prevent inappropriate situations.
