Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Binderly, LLC provides the Binderly mobile and web apps. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, and your privacy choices.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, updating your profile or using the service. This includes your name, email address, account identifier, organization and group associations, preferences, messages, posts, comments, reactions and uploaded photos, videos, documents or other files.

We also collect information automatically when you use the service. This includes device and installation identifiers, notification identifiers, IP addresses, app and operating-system information, interactions and activity timestamps, configuration information, and performance and diagnostic data. Some identifiers and activity records are associated with your account.

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Create and manage accounts, authenticate users and apply access permissions.
  • Provide communications, shared content, notifications and other app features.
  • Remember preferences and activity state.
  • Provide support, investigate problems and maintain service security and reliability.
  • Understand usage and improve the service.

Messages and uploads are optional. Some account information and automatic service records are needed to use Binderly. The information described here is not used by Binderly for cross-app advertising tracking.

How we share information

Content you share is available to its intended audience according to the destination, organization settings and access permissions. Authorized organization staff and Binderly support staff may access information within their assigned permissions to administer and support the service. Recipients may retain copies of content you share.

We use service providers for hosting and data storage, account services, communications and notification delivery, language features, and diagnostics and usage analysis. These providers receive information needed for those functions. Providers processing personal information on our behalf must protect it consistently with this policy and use it for the services they provide to us.

Some mobile app components send technical and usage information to Google for diagnostics and service improvement. See Google’s privacy policy for information about that processing.

Retention and deletion

We retain information to operate accounts, provide service features and maintain shared communication history. There is no single automatic expiration period for all content. Information can remain until removed through available content or account controls. Signing out or leaving a group does not itself delete previously stored content.

Account deletion removes your sign-in account, profile and related records covered by the deletion process. Some shared organization content and uploaded files may remain after account deletion. Contact us for help identifying or removing remaining information. Deletion does not immediately erase every copy previously shared with others.

Your choices

You can update your profile through Account or Profile and choose whether to share messages or uploads. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings. Turning off notifications does not necessarily stop the collection of identifiers needed for other service functions.

To delete your account, open Account or Profile in the mobile app or at binderly.app and choose Delete Account. Instructions and support are available at Delete my account.

For help with access, corrections, deletion or other privacy questions, contact hello@binderly.com.

Local storage and security

The apps store session information, settings and cached data on your device to support app functionality. Service providers may also use local storage or similar technologies.

We use encrypted network connections and access controls to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in information private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Other services

Binderly may contain links to services operated by others. Their privacy practices govern information you provide to them.

Children’s privacy

Binderly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact hello@binderly.com so we can address it and remove the information.

Updates and contact

We will post policy changes on this page and update the date above. For questions, contact Binderly, LLC at hello@binderly.com.
